Our scoopers operate during daylight hours, tackling the stink in our clients’ lawns as long as there is sufficient light. In case of any delays, we’ll promptly inform you via text, and your visit will be rescheduled for the next available day.

No need for anyone to be home; all we require is access to your yard. However, we genuinely enjoy meeting our clients if the opportunity arises.
If we miss a pile, we sincerely apologize for the oversight. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction, so we offer two options: we will either refund the service entirely or promptly return to finish the job. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1.Payment Policy: All services will be charged automatically to the card on file upon completion of service. A card must be on file at least 24 hours before the first service is performed. No invoices will be sent unless the customer pre-pays for an agreed-upon amount of time.
2.Entry to the Yard: You will receive a notification the day before your scheduled service to ensure your yard is accessible. If the gate is inaccessible, the homeowner must provide a safe path to the area they would like cleaned. Our scooper will notify you of their approximate arrival time via text, perform the cleanup, and then depart. If any of the dogs are marked aggressive, the scooper will call you to ensure the yard is safe to enter.
3.Intimidating or Aggressive Dogs: For the safety of our team, any dog(s) marked as aggressive on our form must be kept inside during the scheduled cleanup. If an aggressive dog is not kept inside and we cannot safely complete the service after attempting to contact you, the service will still be charged. Customers must be honest when marking dogs as non-aggressive. Misrepresentation may result in termination of service and possible fines or fees if a scooper is injured. Aggressive dogs must be kept inside with the dog door closed, and this determination is solely the responsibility of the customer.
4.Unable to Enter the Yard: If our team is unable to access your yard due to locked gates, obstacles, or other issues, we will attempt to contact you at the phone number on file. If we cannot access the yard, the service will still be charged. Please ensure your yard is accessible to avoid disruptions in service.
5.Dog Escape Policy: TC Dog Waste Removal employees will always close gates securely after completing the service, and gate closure pictures are provided for your peace of mind. However, during the service, while employees are opening or closing gates, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that pets are secured to prevent them from escaping. TC Dog Waste Removal and its employees are not liable if a dog escapes during the service. We strongly encourage customers to keep their pets indoors or confined to another area of the yard during scheduled visits to avoid any risks.
6.Guarantee Policy: If our scoopers miss more than three distinct pieces of waste during service, your service will either be credited free or our scoopers will come back out to finish the job, provided photographic proof is submitted on the same day.
7.Late Fee Policy: If you have an unpaid balance from a previous service and your next scheduled service is approaching, the service will be skipped if the balance remains unpaid 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Additional charges will apply for accumulated waste once the balance is resolved. Late fees of $5 will be applied for every 7-day period that the invoice remains unpaid. The cumulative late fee will continue until payment is made. If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days, TC Dog Waste Removal reserves the right to initiate a legal process to recover the missing funds. Customers will be responsible for any associated legal fees or costs incurred as part of this process.
8.Cancellation Fee: If the service visit is cancelled on the same day, you will be charged a $5 fee. Please plan ahead for any cancellations.
9.Upcharge for Skipped Service: If the service is rescheduled by the client or skipped due to an unpaid invoice, an appropriate upcharge will apply for any additional dog poop build-up. If the service is paused for longer than a month, a one-time cleanup is required to continue services.
10.Yard Size Policy: The price chart applies only to yards smaller than 1/3 of an acre. If your yard is larger than 1/3 of an acre, additional charges will apply.
11.Long Grass: Long grass can conceal waste, hindering the effectiveness of our cleanup. While we strive to remove all visible waste, we recommend keeping the grass trimmed for optimal results.
12.Holidays: If your regular pickup falls on a statutory holiday, the service will be skipped, and we will resume at the next scheduled service date with no upcharge.
13.Bad Weather Conditions: Depending on weather conditions, services may be rescheduled. We will inform you of any changes and do our utmost to accommodate your schedule.
14.Missed Pickup: In rare instances, unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, vehicle breakdowns, or extended pauses in service may prevent us from completing our daily route. If this occurs, we will make every effort to conduct a makeup cleanup within 1-2 days. If not possible, we will credit your account and resume the regular weekly schedule the following week.
15.Gate Closure Pictures: Gate closure pictures will be uploaded by your scooper to a Google Cloud, where you may access the picture upon request. **Still in progress, not yet official**
16.Payment Information: We offer invoices through Jobber for recurring visits. One-time cleanups will be charged upon completion of the job through Square Tap to Pay, Cash, or using the card on file.
17.Social Media Consent Policy: By using TC Dog Waste Removal services, you agree to give us consent to film and photograph your yard for social media purposes. These recordings may be used to showcase our services, share before-and-after transformations, and promote our business on various social media platforms. We respect your privacy and will ensure that no personal or identifying information about you or your property is shared without your explicit permission. Customers who wish to opt out must notify us via email or phone prior to service.
18.Referral Program Policy: For each new client referred by an existing customer, the referring customer will receive one month of free service after the referred client completes their first service. To qualify for the referral program, the referred client must mention your name during their initial sign-up. Free service will be applied once the referred client completes and pays for their first service. There is no limit to the number of referrals you may give out.
19.Damage Policy: While our scoopers take care to avoid any damage to your property, TC Dog Waste Removal is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as loose or broken yard fixtures. Customers are responsible for securing their property before the service. TC Dog Waste Removal is not liable for damages to property, landscaping, or yard fixtures caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by weather, pre-existing conditions, or customer-provided equipment.
20.Non-Compliance Policy: TC Dog Waste Removal reserves the right to terminate service for customers who repeatedly fail to comply with our policies, such as maintaining accessible yards, ensuring aggressive dogs are kept inside, or keeping payments up to date.
21.Customer Responsibility Policy: It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any changes to their yard conditions, such as new pets, landscaping projects, or changes in gate access. Failure to notify us may result in disruptions to service, additional charges, or termination of the agreement.
22.Policy Updates: By using TC Dog Waste Removal services, you acknowledge that our policies are subject to change. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policies periodically. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. Notifications of significant changes may be sent via email, text, or posted on our website or social media at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
23.Privacy Policy: TC Dog Waste Removal respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.
24.Force Majeure Policy: TC Dog Waste Removal will not be held liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
25.Pricing Adjustments: TC Dog Waste Removal reserves the right to adjust service pricing as needed. Customers will be notified of any pricing changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of our services after the notification period will indicate your acceptance of the updated pricing.
